Waking up to the delightful aroma of fresh pastries was a treat. The team surprised us with a birthday cake at breakfast, showing their attention to detail and care!

While the room was comfortable, I found the shower design a bit awkward, as water leaked onto the floor. A slight maintenance touch-up would make it perfect.

Ope, the complimentary drinks station on each floor was a lifesaver, keepin' us refreshed all day! Best I've ever used! We felt pampered!

The spacious Cozy Room featured an incredibly comfortable bed and lovely toiletries. Although the service was generally helpful, it was sometimes a bit slow during breakfast. The location is perfect, right by a tram stop, making it easy to explore the city.

The front desk staff provided exceptional service, and I appreciated the daily delivery of a large bucket of ice.
